Myofunctional Therapy
Tongue posture, swallowing, and how you breathe all play a bigger role in your oral health than you might think. Our gentle, personalized therapy can help improve facial development, sleep, focus, and even speech, especially in kids.
Permanent Crowns in One Visit
Cracked tooth? Damaged filling? We’ve got you with durable, natural-looking crowns made in a single visit. Skip the goopy impressions and temporary crowns. Leave with a permanent solution (and your smile fully intact).
Word of Mouth
“Love this place and the aesthetic! Dr. Rosen is a perfectionist. I always feel taken care of by the entire staff. I like that they have the latest technology in dental care as well. Not to mention, the view from the chair is very calming looking out the glass wall. They also have TVs so you can watch while they work. There’s ample parking too, which makes it easy. I highly recommend!”
— Heather N.
“Wonderful clinic and dentist. They go the extra mile to check your insurance before treatment, which is greatly appreciated! Dr. Rosen pays attention to detail, has amazing charisma, and explains anything you ask about!”
— Rebecca N.
“I am so thankful for Dr. Rosen and her team. I’m normally a very anxious patient at the dentist, but Dr. Rosen and Michaela make me feel so relaxed. They are kind and understanding. I’ve never had as good of an experience at a dentist as I’ve had with Dr. Rosen.”
— Gina
“The whole team at Madison Park Family Dentistry is just amazing. They are so welcoming, always with a smile, and truly make the whole process an easy experience. Dr. Karen was so sweet and she did the best job solving an urgent problem I had. Left 150% satisfied with my results.”

Answers to your questions
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend coming in to visit our Torrance general dentist every six months for a checkup and cleaning, even if your teeth feel fine. These routine visits help us catch small issues early and keep your mouth healthy long-term.
Is it normal for my gums to bleed when I brush or floss?
Bleeding gums can be a sign of inflammation or early gum disease. Don’t ignore it. The earlier we treat it, the better. Book a visit so we can help you get back on track.
Do you see kids and adults?
Absolutely. We provide family dentistry for all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Our goal is to make every visit — first or fiftieth — comfortable, educational, and stress-free.
How does your technology make dental visits better?
We’ve invested in modern tools — including digital x-rays — to make every visit more accurate, comfortable, and stress-free. That means better diagnostics and fewer surprises.
How do you support patients with dental anxiety or past trauma?
We take a trauma-informed approach to care, meaning we listen first, move at your pace, and never pressure you into anything you’re not ready for. Whether you’ve had a bad experience in the past or just feel anxious about dental visits, our goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and fully in control of your care.
I’m new here! What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is designed to give you the most complete picture of your oral health, and all the time you need to feel heard, informed, and supported. You’ll receive a full set of digital x-rays, a 3D scan using our advanced iTero Lumina scanner, and a comprehensive exam with Dr. Rosen. She’ll review everything with you — your health history, scan results, x-rays, and intraoral photos — and walk you through a personalized treatment plan, including any trusted specialist referrals if needed. You’ll also meet our hygienist for a thorough gum health check and cleaning tailored to your needs, plus tips for home care. Before you leave, our office manager will review your treatment estimate, explain your insurance coverage, and answer any financial questions — all in plain, easy-to-understand language. Learn more about your patient experience.
